I have suffered with eating disorders, I was 5 stone at 16 years old, 16 stone at 24, 8 stone at 28 and 7 stone at 37. Anorexia, bulemia and eating to make myself feel better.

I spoke with Dan and knew he wanted to help me. He started by asking me my blood type which was Blood Type A Positive. We talked through the process that nutrition is key and he then gave me my BLOOD TYPE NUTRITION PLAN. This changed everything for me. I started by eating a certain amount, and quantities upped slowly every month. It was my mountain to climb.
I sleep better, have more energy and therefore can train and perform better and have been able to achieve my fitness goals.

From starting my new blood type a positive nutrition plan I no longer felt bloated or swollen after meals. The sluggishness and need for a nap after dinner was gone and my appetite was great and i was stronger…. my body was nourished thanks to Dan for educating me on how to eat for my blood type.

My skin was glowing, my backside was growing and I felt great. And I cannot recommend Dan enough.

Hi I’ve been training with Dan now for three months
Before I started I suffered badly with ibs … extreme bloating of tummy area and tiredness. Dan talked to me for a small while and explained that he works along side blood type nutrition!
So I joined up for the kick start I’ve needed for a long time.
After no joke about two weeks of eating what Dan told me to in my plan and doing cardio,and two sessions a week ( this was the most I could possibly do as I’m a full time worker,wife,mummy and nanny)
I was feeling a real difference … my moods,my sleep pattern,my skin and my weight!
I’m very happy working alongside Dan and would highly recommend anyone whatever your reasons to give it a try.
This has changed me I’ve my wee cheat days now that I’m into it (6weeks clean) so there’s no chance of the old me slipping back !!
My ibs faded… which I can’t believe tbh and I feel 100% better

Before I met Dan I was a cardio addict I used to do insane hours of cardio every day as well as other high cardio fitness classes during the week the intensity of workouts I put myself through every day was absolutely insane and I couldn’t get enough and I was doing that every morning before I started my daily life, yes the heavy cardio made me feel good at the start of the day but I would lose energy quick as the day went on and it was hard to keep my energy going all day even though I have been on constant flight mode for the last five years and I struggled to stop, my energy was all over the place I have never had a great sleeping pattern but my biggest challenge was food I have always had a terrible relationship with food my whole life, food was not just physically challenging for me but mentally challenging as well, I wasn’t a junk food eater but I used to have big portions of usual dinners then I wouldn’t eat for days, A lot of times I would struggle with just the smell of food or i just didn’t have time to eat, I was such a high energy person always on the go and because of the way I treated myself over the years I was super thin, it wasn’t good at all mentally or physically and with the impact of covid my body and mind felt so drained, then I met Dan he told me about his nutrition programme I was sceptical at the start I thought it was like every other nutrition program I have went through but I decided to give it a go, it was the best decision I ever made, Dan took some health details and give me an eating programme that was specifically detailed for my body type as well as a workout plan to go with it, Im not going to lie I found it hard at the start having to get it into rhythm of the program eating properly and learning to rest and to learn to take things slower I nearly gave up more than a few times but Dan kept encouraging me with the knowledge of the nutrition plan and kept me on track and I’m so glad I never give up and stuck with Dan my body definition is absolutely class and I have only been on the program a short time I can’t wait to see what happens in a few months, my energies levels have never been so better I get up so easily in these dull mornings and I look at food with more confidence knowing my body thrives off the correct food I am putting into it, I have went through and awful lot of self healing doing this journey with Dan, I have never felt so great my body and mind is stronger, the strength and conference I have for myself feels amazing and there’s an inner power that comes with the discipline, Don’t get me wrong there’s still some tough days and doubt tries to creep in sometimes but when i look at the transformation my body is going through as well as how amazing I am feeling compared to what I used to be like just a few months ago and I am so excited to keep going and watch my body improving and I couldn’t have achieved any of this with out the knowledge that Dan has with the nutrition blood type,
I really can’t thank him enough because I feel and look absolutely brilliant.

I started with Dan just over a year ago. I was very thin. I wanted to gain weight but was afraid and I didn’t know what to eat and what not to eat and I was always bloated. Dan done me up a diet based on my blood type. Turns out dairy and breads don’t agree with me so iv since switched to gluten free and dairy free and have noticed a massive difference. Iv now gained muscle and I’m no longer afraid of food. He has taught Me so much in such a short time
