We all know the Gut is Home to trillions of microorganisms – unhealthy bacteria and healthy bacteria known as the Microbiota or Gut Flora, this is a complex ecosystem that interacts with the body and influences aspects of our health.
A Healthy Gut is kept in balance to help maintain the integrity of the gut lining ( which is only One Cell thick ) and enhancing nutrient absorption while producing essential vitamins to the body all the while improving the role of regulating our immune system and protecting us against harmful Pathogens.
Several Factors can affect our Gut Health like todays Western Diets of processed foods, takeaways, high sugar foods and low fibre foods which drastically disrupts our Microbiota ( gut bacteria ) by killing our Beneficial Bacteria ( also the harmful bacteria )

I studied my first qualification in wellness and fitness in the Republic of Ireland in 2002. Originally from Portsmouth, I moved to Galway and studied there and lived for 4 years and started my first business.
This was the beginning of a 2 decade career. I then moved to London. It’s extremely competitive and I felt inspired to work with the worlds best coaches. I studied with Neil hill, Jay Cutler and Dr Ian Hendy. Importantly one of my proudest accolades is working and studying with PhD Dr Rehan Jalali who certified me in blood type nutrition in 2014.
His teachings were essential to my growth and development as a nutrition expert.
I continued my knowledge in nutrition by studying “ Advanced Gut Restoration Nutritionist”
